Textile Brewing Company is a community-created brewery in downtown Dyersville that grew out of a local effort to give a historic factory new life. Owner Tom Olberding came to brewing after a career in pharmacy, and the project officially opened in 2019 with the kind of civic energy that makes a small-town brewery feel bigger than a taproom.
