Taproom Resident Guest Brewery Live Music Food Truck Nights

Blind Corner Brewery arrived on the Naperville scene in early 2025 with an unusual setup for a startup brewery: rather than building out its own brewhouse from scratch, the team took up residence as the guest brewer inside Go Brewing’s taproom on Quincy Avenue, the same stretch of industrial park that has long been home to Chicagoland craft beer mainstay Solemn Oath. That proximity isn’t incidental — Blind Corner’s founding crew cut their teeth in the local beer industry before striking out to build something of their own, betting that a leaner, shared-space model would let them focus on the beer itself rather than the overhead of a standalone facility.

Step inside and the taproom feels less like a brand-new operation and more like a well-worn neighborhood hangout — communal tables, a rotating cast of food trucks parked outside, and a tap list that changes often enough to reward regulars who stop in every week. It’s an easy space to linger in, whether that means catching a local musician’s set on a Friday night or settling in with friends over a flight on a slow Sunday afternoon.

“Around every corner lies the opportunity for discovery, innovation, and the creation of something truly exceptional.”

Blind Corner’s beer philosophy leans hard into the modern hazy IPA and double IPA styles that have come to define the current craft beer moment, and the brewery churns through an unusually large and fast-rotating lineup of them — dozens of one-off and limited hazies with evocative, almost lyrical names, each built around a different hop combination. But the team doesn’t stop at haze: their rotating slate also dips into West Coast IPAs, pilsners, Berliner weisse, Märzen, Scotch ale, saison, and the occasional big pastry stout, giving regulars plenty of reason to keep coming back to see what’s new on the board. It’s a philosophy built on variety and momentum — brew often, brew boldly, and let the taproom crowd help decide what earns a spot back in rotation.

    Taper
    American Lager  ·  4.2% ABV
One of Blind Corner’s core mainstays, kept fresh and in stock year-round. Light, crisp, and refreshing, it’s built for easy, repeatable drinking — an instant classic on the taproom’s rotating board.
    Booter
    Hazy IPA  ·  6.0% ABV
Brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, Booter pours with fresh mango, orange, and grapefruit layered over hints of blueberry, pine, and a touch of dank herbal character. The mouthfeel is soft and pillowy, with restrained bitterness that keeps it dangerously drinkable.
    Drop Ride
West Coast IPA  ·  6.0% ABV
A classic-leaning West Coast IPA hopped with Centennial, Chinook, Cascade, and Amarillo. Expect dried apricot and Seville orange up front, backed by the resinous grip of cedar on the finish.
    Y1 Ascent
    Eclair-Inspired Imperial Stout  ·  13% ABV
A big, celebratory release poured for Blind Corner’s one-year anniversary party, built with rich notes of graham cracker, cocoa nibs, and vanilla bean. Bold and decadent, it’s a showcase of how far the brewhouse can stretch beyond its hazy IPA bread and butter.

Blind Corner is worth the trip for anyone who wants to see where the Chicago suburbs’ beer scene is headed next — a brewery unafraid to release new hazy IPAs and double IPAs at a pace most breweries reserve for their flagship line, all while sharing a taproom that already has a loyal following of its own. Pair a fresh four-pack with a rotating food truck, catch a set of live music, and you’ve got a genuinely solid night out in Naperville’s brewing corridor.
